How to Reduce Image Size to 100KB (Free, No Upload)
Many online forms, job applications and exam portals only accept images under a size limit such as 100KB. Here is how to get there without making the picture unusable.
The quick method
- Open the Squeeze image compressor and drop in your photo.
- Reduce the width first. For ID or passport-style photos, 600–800px wide is usually enough.
- Lower the quality slider gradually, 90% then 80% then 70%, watching the compressed size.
- Stop when the size is just under 100KB.

If it is still too big
- Reduce the width further before lowering quality too much. Dimensions affect size more than most people expect.
